Before You Book
Rental Requirements
Everything you need to know before reserving your vehicle.
Valid Driver's License
A current, valid driver's license is required for every rental.
Valid ID or Passport
Government-issued ID or passport must be presented at pickup.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle handover.
Payment Before Delivery
Full rental payment must be settled prior to vehicle delivery or pickup.
Rental Agreement
A signed rental agreement is mandatory for every booking.
Vehicle Inspection & Photos
The vehicle is inspected and photographed together before and after the rental period.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for traffic tickets, fines, misuse, negligence, damage and late returns.
No Mileage Limit
Regular rentals include unlimited mileage — drive freely across Guatemala.
Low-Mileage Discount
Local customers using the car while their vehicle is in repair may qualify for a special low-mileage discount.
